Logitech Reports Strong Q4 Performance
Logitech International has announced better-than-expected results for the fourth quarter, showcasing robust growth in key product categories. The computer hardware maker reported a significant increase in sales, driven by strong demand for gaming accessories and video collaboration devices.
Sales Growth and Financial Highlights
In the three months ending in March, Logitech's sales reached $1.09 billion, marking a 7% increase compared to the previous period. This figure surpassed the Visible Alpha consensus estimate of $1.08 billion. The company's non-GAAP operating income, which excludes certain items such as restructuring charges and investment gains, rose by 25% to $167 million, outperforming analysts' average forecast of $164 million.
This financial performance was largely attributed to improved profit margins, which were supported by a 10% price hike in the United States in the previous year. This strategic move helped offset the impact of President Donald Trump’s tariffs on imported goods.
Gaming and Video Collaboration Products Drive Growth
Gaming product sales experienced an impressive 12% growth during the quarter, fueled by the launch of new products that catered to an expanding market. Additionally, sales of video collaboration devices, including cameras, speakers, and microphones, increased by 13%. These devices are designed to enhance remote meetings, featuring artificial intelligence capabilities that can cancel noise and adjust framing and lighting during calls.
Strategic Shifts Under New Leadership
Under the leadership of CEO Hanneke Faber, Logitech has shifted its focus toward business customers and the development of regionally tailored products. For instance, the company has introduced special keyboards designed for the Chinese market. This regional approach reflects a broader strategy to better serve diverse customer needs.

Outlook for Fiscal 2027
Looking ahead, Logitech has set optimistic targets for the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The company expects sales to grow between 4% and 6%, projecting revenue to range from $1.19 billion to $1.22 billion. In addition, Logitech anticipates non-GAAP operating income to fall within the range of $195 million to $215 million.
