People's Power Party leadership engages in volunteer activities for the Lunar New Year, visiting alleyways of slum areas to greet people during the holiday.

Before the Lunar New Year holiday, the People Power Party visited a slum area in Jungnim-dong, Seoul.

This volunteer activity, led by the "Committee for the Support of the Weak," saw the entire leadership, including Chairman Jang Dong-hyeok, Opposition Leader Song Eun-seok, Secretary-General Jeong Hee-yong, and senior committee members, making a full appearance.

The leadership visited 25 households in the slum alleys, delivering holiday greetings and "warmth bags" containing daily necessities such as rice cakes, fresh rice, beef bone soup, fruits, and special New Year dishes.

Chairman Jang said in his greeting that after visiting the site recently, it seems that holidays have become the hardest day of the year, and he hopes that thoughtful goods for the vulnerable groups, along with warm hearts, will be delivered.

Song Eon-seok, the floor leader, expressed his gratitude to many people who participated, saying that there are many people who have difficulties during the Lunar New Year holiday, and Jeong Hee-yong, the general secretary, asked people to look forward to a new appearance of the People Power Party after the holiday.

The leadership then conducted a meal service for more than 80 vulnerable people, including the elderly, at the Seoul Jungnim Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.

After the meal service volunteer work, a certain amount of donation is also delivered to the welfare center.
