Nongshim Shin Ramyun tops the 'Consumer Interest' ranking in January according to Data & Research.

The opinion polling institution Data & Research stated that according to the big data analysis conducted on various channels and sites such as news, communities, blogs, cafes, and SNS on the 13th, it was measured as such.

The products selected for investigation were instant noodles currently sold by major food companies including Nongshim, Samyang Foods, Otsuka, and Paldo, chosen arbitrarily. The ranking based on the amount of information was as follows: ▲Nongshim Shin Ramyun ▲Samyang Foods Buldak Bokkeumyeon ▲Nongshim Jjapagetti ▲Otsuka Jin Ramyun ▲Otsuka Yeol Ramyun ▲Nongshim Ansung Tangmyeon ▲Nongshim Neoguri ▲Samyang Foods Samyang Ramen ▲Otsuka Jin Jjamppong ▲Paldo Tteokbokki Ramen ▲Otsuka Chamgireum Ramyun.

Nong Shim Shin Ramyun ranked first in terms of interest among ramen brands, recording 49,570 pieces of information on January 4.

Next, Samyang Food's "Buldak Bokkeummyeon" ranked second in popularity with 33,035 pieces of information, and the preference for the 'Original (Essence)' product was particularly noticeable.

It was surveyed in the order of Nongshim Jjapagetti (23,433 cases), Otsuki Jinramyun (7,888 cases), Otsuki Yeolramyun (6,148 cases), Nongshim Seongsang Tangmyeon (3,264 cases), Nongshim Neoguri (3,090 cases), Samyang Foods Samyang Ramen (2,889 cases), Otsuki Jinjambbong (2,699 cases), Paldo Tumble Ramen (2,351 cases), and Otsuki Samchae Ramen (1,907 cases).

A data and research official said, "The spicy chicken ramen has recently been on the rise, pushing aside Jjapagetti, which had long held the second position, and for the first time after the survey, it has climbed to the second position, causing a significant shift in the top-tier rankings."
